    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Whenever creating a Web server using *
    * the command line, it executes *
    * normally without error, but the *
    * Web server is not created. However, *
    * it is still successfully created using *
    *                      the GUI.                                *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Without a webServerHostName in the response file, the
    wctcmd command line tool does not create a web server
    configuration. This fix ensures that there is no need for
    a webServerHostName in the response file.
