Error description

• If leftover application folders remain after removal of a server
  where the application was installed a new server creation fails
  with NPE. Automatic recovery from that situation is required.

  performed, this causes a FileNotFoundException when creating a
  new cluster member.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to clean up the leftover
  application folder. This allows the operation to continue to
  create the cluster member.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
