  Microsoft hyper-V virtual NIC interfaces are typically
  configured to have the same adapter description on each
  virtual NIC. The Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 used the
  description to identify a unique adapter so the load balancer
  does not use the configuration properly. Packets may not be
  received or forwarded on the correct interface.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 was modified to identify
  different interfaces based upon their MAC address.

  IPv6 only (ULB)
