    The Administrative Console `Runtime Operations > Applications`
panel does not properly report applications that deployed to a
    started target but not running.

Problem conclusion

  • The webui.xdoperations component of the Administrative Console
(isclite.ear) was incorrectly reporting application server
status on the `Runtime Operations > Applications` panel rather
than application status. The webui.xdoperations component has
been modified to correctly report application status on the
    `Runtime Operations > Applications` panel.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
packs 9.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.15. Please refer to the Recommended
