APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using WebSphere Application Server version 8.5, installing and
  configuringPerformance Servlet Application (PerfServletApp.ear)
  and invoking it. TimeStatistic in return data doesn't contain
  critical "Count" attribute, for example:
  <TimeStatistic ID="12" lastSampleTime="1541673451519" max="282"
  min="0" name="UseTime" startTime="154167345151" totalTime="407"
  unit="MILLISECOND"/>
  

Local fix

• Perf MBean has the cCount value for TimeStatistics.

  In the PerfServletApp.ear application, the TimeStatistic does

Problem conclusion

• The "Count" attribute was added to the TimeStatistic in the
  PerfServletApp.ear application.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.15 and 9.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
