  When viewing a monitor data chart in Admin Center, scrolling up
  and down the chart using the keyboard is not possible.  When
  viewing the Preference page in Admin Center, the visual focus
  disappears when using the keyboard to navigate to the "Enable
  bidirectional support" button.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the keyboard navigation problems for monitor data charts
  in Admin Center.  Once visual focus is on the chart, the user
  can use the keyboard arrow keys to scroll up and down the data.
  Fixed the loss of visual focus on the Preference page in Admin
  Center when using the tab key.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 19.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
  delivery information:
