    ****************************************************************
Web applications with resource injection (@Resource) may fail
to start with a ConcurrentModificationException from
    ReferenceContextImpl.
This is a very intermittent problem that occurs when the
server is processing resource injection for dynamic web
    modules.

Problem conclusion

  • WebSphere resource injection processing has been updated to
properly handle the concurrency of dynamic web modules. The
ConcurrentModificationException will no longer occur and the
    web application will start successfully.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 9.0.0.11. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
