Error description

• On JVM start up the dmgr is throwing  WKSP0009E error message
  when processing/creating checkpoints.
  The issue is that two Checkpoint threads shared the same
  workspace id because they requested the workspace id at the
  same time.

  On JVM start up the deployment manager logs a WKSP0009E error
  message when processing checkpoints. This is because two
  Checkpoint threads shared the same workspace ID.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the repository checkpoint implementation to prevent the
  WKSP000E error message from being logged.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.5.0.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
