  SIP parse errors cause the SIP Container to enter an endless
  loop
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is occurring when the
  number.of.parse.errors.allowed custom property is applied and
  set to -1.
  A fix was delivered into the SIP Container so when a malformed
  message is detected, the SIP Container discards it.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.5.0.  Please refer to the
