    ****************************************************************
When an existing dynamic cluster with configured cluster level
resources scales to zero members, the prior defined cluster
level resources are lost when the dynamic cluster scales back to
    one or more members.

Problem conclusion

  • The dynamic cluster administration code was altered to preserve
any existing cluster level resources when a dynamic cluster
scales down to zero members and then back up to one or more
    members.
