The OSGi framework of the application server may throw a
    NullPointerException when getting header information
from a bundle manifest. For example:
    java.lang.NullPointerException
    at org.eclipse.core.runtime.adaptor.CachedManifest.get
    (CachedManifest.java:69)
    at
    org.eclipse.osgi.framework.internal.core.ManifestLocalization.ge

    ntifier
    (PluginDescriptor.java:241)
    at org.eclipse.core.internal.plugins.PluginDescriptor.toString
    (PluginDescriptor.java:339)
The NullPointerException occurs whenever a manifest for a
target bundle was not cached by the framework. The problem is
    fixed by Eclipse bug 321168.
