Error description
Existing ADMA0245W message could be misleading as the EJBDeploy feature could be installed but a user lacks the permission to execute the feature.

Cannot execute "deploy enterprise beans" option. The message could be misleading if the EJBDeploy feature is installed by a different user and the current user does not have permission to run it.
Problem conclusion
