APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Existing ADMA0245W message could be misleading as the
  EJBDeploy feature could be installed but a user lacks the
  permission to execute the feature.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When EJBDeploy tool could not be        *
  *                      run, application deployment displays    *
  *                      the ADMA0245W message which could be    *
  *                      misleading.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When EJBDeploy tool could not be run during application
  deployment, the following message is displayed:
  ADMA0245W: EJBDeploy feature is not installed. Cannot
  execute "deploy enterprise beans" option.
  The message could be misleading if the EJBDeploy feature is
  installed by a different user and the current user does not
  have permission to run it.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ADMA0245W message has updated to include permission problem.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.5.1.  Please refer to the
