  For some users on Windows. The profile creation process fails
  with :
  "java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in path" if
  there spaces present in the target profile path.
  For example if the WebSphere Application Server was installed
  at"C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer" and the
  default profile path of "C:\Program
  Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\<profile_name>" was
  used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.17 / 9.0.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended
