Error description

• When performing a local migration using WASPostUpgrade,
  specifying both the "-clone true" and "-setPorts useOld",
  WASPostUpgrade stops with the error MIGR0600E.

  *                      clone migration unnecessarily           *

  Local clone migration does not allow for the useOld ports
  option for setPorts since the same ports will be used, so the
  old and migrated node will not be able to run at the same
  time. A remote clone migration increments default ports when
  genNew is specified for setPorts, which can cause the
  incorrect ports to be used in a container environment.
  

Problem conclusion

• The migration tooling was updated to allow a local clone
  migration with useOld ports when the
  allowUseOldPortsWithLocalClone property is specified. The
  migration script was also updated so that a remote clone
  migration will use the old ports unless they are reserved.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
