Applications are missing from the list of deployed
    applications in the serverindex.xml file.

Problem conclusion

  • WASPostUpgrade and WASMigrationAppIOnstaller allow for
concurrent application installs. However, situations have
occurred where an application name is missing from the
serverindex.xml file when applications are deployed in parallel.
We have set the limit back to one.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 9.0.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
    page for delivery information:
    http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980

Temporary fix

  • The app can be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the missing
    entry in the serverindex.xml file.
