APAR status

Error description

• The wsadmin command AdminTask.renameCell() fails to update
  Intelligent Management properties including
  1) Health Policies
  2) ODR routing rules
  3) Extreme Scale Files
  4) Intelligent Management Plugin files for webservers
  
  AdminTask.renameCell() is unsupported in WAS 8.5.5.x and
  thus only 9.x needs to be fixed
