  When trying to run LogViewer using the -resume
  and -resumable commands with no pre-existing position file (ie.
  logViewer.pos, the default .pos file used if no .pos file is
  specified), an error will be thrown saying that "LogViewer
  cannot write to logViewer.pos file" because the file does not
  exist.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to create a new .pos file if it does not
  already exist.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.17 and 9.0.5.3.  For more information, see

Temporary fix

• To workaround the issue, the user can manually create their
  own logViewer.pos file (or the .pos file they have
  specified in their -resumable and -resume commands) before
  running the LogViewer command with -resume and -resumable.
