  If running the binary scanner on a zeroEarCopy application from
  the console or wsadmin, the scan could fail if not set up
  properly
  because there would be no way for it to know where the user's
  config was stored. This was not previously explained in the
  error
  message.
  

Problem conclusion

• A message has been added explaining how to include a users confi
  when scanning a zeroEarCopy application.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
