Error description

• WAS HTTP Plugin 8.5.5.16 on Windows
  
  Applying fixpack to WAS HTTP Plugin does not update the
  IIS_<webserver> copy of the binary:
  
  <PLG_INSTALL_ROOT>\bin\IIS_<webserver>\iisWASPlugin_http.dll
  
  It only updates the main binaries here:
  
  <PLG_INSTALL_ROOT>\bin\32bits\iisWASPlugin_http.dll
  <PLG_INSTALL_ROOT>\bin\64bits\iisWASPlugin_http.dll
  

Local fix

• manually copy binary to IIS_webserver location
  

Problem summary

  When a plugin fixpack is applied on Windows, the remote copies
  of the iisWASPlugin_http.dll aren't copied from the
  plugin-home/bin/32|64bits folder to the other iis_webserver
  folder.
  

Problem conclusion

• There was a change made to the Fixpack processing that will
  make copies of the iisWASPlugin_http.dll from the
  plugin-home/bin/32|64bits folder to all of the iis_webserver
  named folders.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  9.0.5.4 & 8.5.5.18.  For more information, see
