PI05217: BLA resource not removed from authorization groups with an application uninstall

Error description

A business-level application (BLA) resource should not be
displayed in the resource list for authorization groups after
a J2EE application or a BLA is un-installed.

Local fix

If you log out the admin console and log back in, the resource
list is displayed correctly.

After a J2EE application or a BLA is uninstalled, its
associated BLA resource is not removed from authorization
groups.

Problem conclusion

Added code logic to remove its assoicated BLA resource from
authorization groups while uninstalling an application or BLA.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
