Error description

• During Business Process Management (BPM) profile upgrade,
  update of the BPM application IBM_BPM_WebAPI_SingleCluster
  causes the following ffdc:

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a clientPolicyAttachments.xml      *
  *                      configuration exists in an              *
  *                      application, the AppInstall             *
  *                      wsadmin command receives CWSAD0005E     *
  *                      NoItemFoundException.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During application install process, the policy set attachment
  of a web service client is set to the web service provider.
  The error happens during the validation of the policy set with
  web services.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the setter method during policy set attachment
  processing task.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
