Error description
When starting the application in batch, a java.util.ConcurrentModificationException shows that the clearCache() method is not thread safe.

Problem conclusion
Fixed the problem by enhancing the thread safety which avoids the java.util.ConcurrentModificationException. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.2.
