Error description

• The collective utility gives incorrect directions when a
  collective controller is replicated more than once to the same
  server.  It states:
  
  Error: The resources/collective directory already exists
  for this server. The server may already be a controller. To
  replicate the controller run the remove task or manually
  delete the resources/collective directory and try again.
  
  Manually deleting the mentioned directories does not work, use
  of the remmove task is required.

  collective controller is replicated more than once to the same
  server.  It states that the user can manually delete the
  resources/collective directory of the server and try again.
  Manually deleting the mentioned directories will not resolve
  the issue, use of the remove task is required.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the collective utility message, removing the
  incorrect instruction.
