APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• WebSphere Application Server is setup to connect to CICs using
  the cicseci.rar adapter in local mode.  The informational
  message is printed too often filling up the output.
  
  J2CA0237I: Transaction support level has been
  changed from XATransaction to LocalTransaction that was
  returned by the resource adapter.
  

Local fix

• Temporarily disable the informational message with tracestring
  
  com.ibm.ejs.j2c.ConnectionFactoryBuilderServerImpl=off

  J2CA0237I message is printed during the connection factory
  lookup , it has to be modified to print only once
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to print the message only once
  during lookup for each resource
  
  APAR PI06879 is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Fix Pack 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
