  A problem was reported that PluginCfgMerge was duplicating
  server cluster, vhost, and URI Routing information from one of
  the input XML files.
  

Problem conclusion

• The PluginCfgMerge tool was adjusted to correct this problem
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
