Error description

When the connection through a proxy to the same host but using
the JAX-WS stack instead of javax.net.HttpsUrlConnection you
see that peer host information in the proxy and not the actual
endpoint.

*                      forward proxy peer connection and not   *
*                      the intended proxy endpoint on the      *

After handling the handshake the SSL Channel will pass the
connection information to the security service. If a forward
proxy is used the channel will pass the proxy's peer
connection information instead of the proxy's endpoint
connection information.

Problem conclusion

he SSL Channel was modified to pass the endpoint information
if a custom property is set. The new custom property is
useProxyEndpointInformation with a value of true/false,
default of false. The custom property can be set on this panel:

Servers > Application Servers > {Server Name} > Web Container
Transport Chains > {Secure Chain Name} > {SSL Channel} >
Custom Properties

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
