• When an SIAuthenticationException is thrown, the error message
  does not contain information about bus name and activation
  specification name.

  does not contain information about bus name and activation
  specification name. This makes troubleshooting difficult.

• The message is rephrased and a new message is added to
  clarify the exception.

   after:

  of a connection for destination {0} on bus {1} for endpoint
  activation {2} failed with exception {3}. Please review the
  endpoint activation specification {2}.
  
  2) Newly added message:
   CREATE_CONNECTION_CWSIV0962=CWSIV0962E:
  The authentication exception {0} was thrown while attempting
  to create a connection to the bus {1} using the activation
  specification
  {2}.
   CREATE_CONNECTION_CWSIV0962.explanation=
  The inbound resource adapter was attempting to create a
  connection when an authentication exception was received.
   CREATE_CONNECTION_CWSIV0962.useraction=
  Check that the authentication alias on the activation
  specification, that the message-driven bean is configured to
  use, is authorized to connect to bus.
