APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you edit a rule, the uri for the redirect rule is wiped
  clean. You have to re-enter every time.
  
  
  The problem can be reproduced with these steps:
  
  1. In the administrative console, go to "On Demand Routers >
  Routing Policy HTTP Rules" page
  2. Click Add
  3. Select "Redirect routing to" in the "Select action" drop down
  4. Specify a URL in the "Redirect URL" text field
  5. Click Subexpression builder , and create an expression and
  click Append

  On the ODR Routing Policy HTTP Rules panel, there are multiple
  fields, including a subexpression which is set via a popup. If
  input is entered and the the popup called, then the previous
  input is cleared out.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to preserve input once it is entered.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
