APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is an option of "Setup IBM HTTP Server Administration
  Server" in PCT tool. Users can uncheck the option if they do
  not want to setup IHS admin server when configuring plugin.
  But the plugin configuration will fail if this option is not
  selected. The fix is to correct this behavior.
