• Unable to isntall artifacts from WebSphere Application Server
  Liberty Profile repository using Installation Manager or
  featureManager command in the Liberty profile runtime.

Problem conclusion

• You can now use the featureManager command to install
  additional features from the Liberty Profile repository or
  during installation by Installation Manager.
