Error description

The WASPostUpgrade command cannot commit or save the
configuration repository, due to file change conflicts.  This
causes the WASpost command to fail and leaves the target
profile's config directory in a corrupt state.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Processing certain shared libraries     *
*                      cause WASPostUpgrade to fail when       *
*                      saving the migrated config repository.  *

The processing and collection of certain directory based shared
libraries can corrupt the new WebSphere Application Server
install or the new target profile.  Usually these libraries
will cause an OutOfMemory or an out of space issue during the
migration process.  Another symptom is the failure to save the
migration changes to the config repository.

Problem conclusion

Directory based shared libraries pointing to certain locations
will not be migrated.  These include: system root directories,
the WAS_HOME and USER_INSTALL_ROOT directories and their
sub-directories. Any directory which includes the WAS_HOME or
WAS_INSTALL_ROOT directory in its sub-directory structure.
Also any directory found under the profile's config tree.
This does not affect file based libraries.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
