  sytems, when the JVM is registered as a Windows service, the
  following message might be logged even though the operation
  was successful:

  In service levels 8.5.5.0 and higher additional logging was
  added to detect when the WebSphere Windows service returns
  non-zero.  However there are some cases where a non-zero
  return code does not indicate a failure condition.  In those
  cases an erroneous ADMU7713E message warning of a service
  failure is logged.
  .
  Note that there is no actual runtime failure. The message is
  being generated in a non-failure path.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is corrected so the message is no longer logged
  for non-failure conditions.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
