Error description
Embedded symbol ${current.server.name} used in library.policy does not expand. The following error is seen in WebSphere logs: SECJ0172E: Error line 17: unable to expand "current.cell.name" in encoding the FilePath For example, the library.policy may have the following permission: grant { permission java.io.FilePermission "${user.install.root}/installedApps/${current.cell.name}/-", "read"; };
Local fix
Change "current.cell.name" to an exact path. For example, using: /WAS7/profile/AppSrv01/cell/CellName instead of: current.cell.name

Problem conclusion
