    ......
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImp
    l.getSyncOperation(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:940
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImp
    l.getAxisOperation(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:629
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImp
    l.toString(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:2166
    java.lang.String.valueOf(String.java:1528
    ......

Note: this issue only occurs when the trace string includes
    "org.apache.axis2.*=all" (or "org.apahce.*=all")

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When web services trace is enabled, *
    * you may find a recursive exception in *
    *                      it.                                     *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Install a fix pack containing this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
The following recursive exception appeared in the trace:
    ......
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImpl
    .getSyn
    cOperation(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:940
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImpl
    .getAxi
    sOperation(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:629
    org.apache.axis2.jaxws.description.impl.OperationDescriptionImpl
    .toStri
    ng(OperationDescriptionImpl.java:2166
    java.lang.String.valueOf(String.java:1528
    ......
This piece of recursive invocation caused the system to get
    a timeout exception.

Problem conclusion

  • When web services trace is enabled and the trace string includes
    "org.apache.axis2.*=all"(or "org.apahce.*=all"), the recursive
exception may happen and cause the system get a timeout
    exception.

Axis2 is changed to print this info and now can handle it
    correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3. Please refer to the
