Inbound SIP packets that contain invalid routing information are
being dropped rather than sprayed to back-end SIP Containers.

Problem conclusion

We updated the code to allow packets with invalid routing
information to be sprayed to back-end SIP Containers.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
