  Create, Join, Replicate, Remove Tasks write to WLP_OUTPUT_DIR
  which is the incorrect path. They should be writing to
  WLP_USER_DIR
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed all collective tasks so that they write to correct path
  (WLP_USER_DIR)
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
