Error description

• WasPreUpgrade will hang when doing a remote migration of a
  deployment manager from v8.0 to v8.5.5.

  *                      migration of a v8 Deployment Manager    *
  *                      hangs.                                  *

  The WASPreUpgrade command is calling a wsadmin command without
  the -username and -password parameters when security is turned
  on.  This wsadmin command is only called when the Deployment
  Manager is being migrated to another machine (-machineChange
  true).  In v8.0 the JobManager was integrated with the
  Deployment Manager profile.  Since the JobManager is changing
  URLs, the ManageNodes must be updated to this new location.
  This wsadmin command is to warn the migrator of this condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to check for the -username and -password
  parameters if security is on. And pass these parameters onto
  the wsadmin command when migrating a Deployment Manager to a
  new machine.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
