  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ODRLIB segmentation faults when a       *
  *                      request has a sesion cookie with        *
  *                      empty value                             *

  Session cookie handling code was trying to parse the cookie
  value to retrieve clone ID with out first checking if the
  value is empty.
  

Problem conclusion

• ODRLIB is changed to handle the empty session cookie value
  properly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
