    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
In WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5 for web service
performance tuning we changed some behavior by default. The
result is the underlying XML parser behaves differently
than before. More specifically the order of XML tags in a SOAP
message is different from previous versions. If an application
relies on the XML tags being in a specific order, it may fail.

Problem conclusion

  • This APAR adds custom property
    "com.ibm.websphere.webservices.jaxwsOptimizeLevelOne".
Configure this custom property to true to turn on JAX-WS
performance optimization at level one. The default value is
false. Please understand once this custom property is turned
on, some non-specification JAXB behavior might be changed. If
your application has dependency on such non-specification
behavior and you find it breaks your application from running
    please turn it off.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.2. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
    page for delivery information:
