APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• There is currently no way to set the Secure attribute for the
  WASPostParam cookie which is a temporary cookie that is created
  durign the authentication process.

  Secure flag based on the configuration.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the flags are set as same way as other cookies
  which WebSphere Application Server sets. There is nothing
  sensitive contained in these cookies.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
