When viewing a dump of the in-memory On Demand Configuration
(ODC) data, commonly referred to as the target tree or
target.xml, there may be links between clusters and application
modules for modules that are not actually deployed to the
corresponding cluster.

Problem conclusion

The On Demand Configuration (ODC) component has been altered to
accurately reflect all application module cluster targets via
the cluster to application module links.

This fix will be included in the next available fix pack for IBM
WebSphere Virtual Enterprise.
