Error description

• When ODR is not able to resolve the hostname of a GSC cluster
  member, it does not retry sending the request to another
  cluster member of the same GSC. Instead a 500 error is sent to
  the client.

  When ODR is not able to resolve the hostname of a GSC cluster
  member, it does not retry sending the request to another
  cluster member of the same GSC. Sending a request to another
  member will ensure high availability.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now a hostname not found exception triggers a retry and the
  request will be sent to a different cluster member.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
