Error description

• Setting Maintenance Mode (MM) immediate stop on standaone
  server didn't stop the sick server.

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed to allow stop of a sick server which was set
  to Maintenance Mode immediate stop.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.2  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
