WebSphere Web Services component

Depending on the particular content of an application update,
an attempted update can fail with a SaveFailureException.  A
number of cases are fixed by PM74190.  However, additional
cases are present which are not fixed by PM74190.

Problem conclusion

Code updates were made to handle additional update
SaveFailureException cases which were not fixed by PM74190.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs v7.0.0.37, v8.0.0.10 and v8.5.5.4.  Please refer to
