Error description

In scenarios where Core Group Bridge is not configured but is
still enabled the Subscription Router will continue to
accumulate every Subscription that gets updated in memory. If
enough of the Subscriptions are saved eventually an Out of
Memory error will occur.

When the Core Group Bridge settings have not been configured
but the feature is still enabled the Subscription Router will
accumulate in memory a record of all Subscriptions. If enough
subscriptions are saved before the WebSphere Application
Server is restarted an Out of Memory error can occur.

Problem conclusion

The Subscription Router for the WebSphere Application Server
Core Group Bridge component has been modified to not
accumulate Subscriptions when no Core Group Bridge Interfaces
have been defined.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.33, 8.0.0.9, and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
