Error description

• Message Driven Bean failed to get Job Scheduler mbean during
  init() due to a network issue.

  The JobSchedulerMDB failed to obtain a reference to
  JobScheduler MBean during initialization.  This causes any
  further operations that use the JobScheduler MBean to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• During initialization process, the runtime will attempt
  to obtain a reference to the JobScheduler MBean three times,
  with delay interval in between.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Fix Packs 8.0.0.6 of WebSphere Compute Grid V8, and in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.9 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5.
