• Key managers are being created at the sametime and are causing
  a password error

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED:  All users of IBM WebSphere Application      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Intermittently the CANNOT RECOVER       *
  *                      KEY: INVALID PASSWORD FOR FILE error    *
  *                      is seen in the logs.                    *
  ****************************************************************

  CANNOT RECOVER KEY: INVALID PASSWORD FOR FILE is seen on the
  logs intermmittently causing a SSL configuration not to be
  usable.  There seems to a problem with multiple thread access
  the key manager at the same time.
  

Problem conclusion

• Serialize the call around initializing the keymanager to make
  sure there is no tread confusion.
