Error description

• Exception in processing the xJCL can cause jobs to be not
  dispatched on the scheduler.

Problem summary

  Any '{' and '}' characters which were located between two
  symbolics were incorrectly being flagged as invalid characters
  when the xJCL was parsed.  This eventually resulted in a
  NullPointerException which caused the job to not be
  dispatched.
  

Problem conclusion

• A change was made so that the '{' and '}' characters located
  between 2 symbolics are no longer flagged as being invalid.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  WebSphere Compute Grid 8.0.0.5 and WebSphere Application
  Server 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
