APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During Liberty profile server initialization, a resource
  adapter stops immediately after it is started.  The resource
  adapter is not available to applications.  The following lines
  show an example of what may be seen in the server's
  messages.log, in quick succession:
  
  J2CA7001I: Resource adapter xxx installed in 1.016 seconds.
  J2CA7009I: The resource adapter xxx has uninstalled
  successfully.

  Connection factories for resource adapters which are
  configured to run in a WebSphere Application Server Liberty
  Profile server instance are not available.  The following
  message can be seen in the server's messages.log file,
  indicating that the resource adapter was uninstalled:
  J2CA7009I: The resource adapter xxx has uninstalled
  successfully.
  The resource adapter represented by xxx is still present in
  the server's configuration.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to prevent the server from prematurely
  uninstalling resource adapters.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
