Error description

A task is scheduled using the cron calendar. The task does not
run the first time. It does run on the subsequent times.

*                      time when using cron string having      *

The problem manifests when using the cron string having
ranges, where the scheduler misses a next fire time
when calculating the next closest time for the scheduler task
to be fired. The following is an example cron string having
range values (eg 9,12,18 & MON-FRI )when used exhibits the
problem where one of the next closest time is missed.
CRON String : 0 20 9,12,18 ? * MON-FRI | 0 0 17 ? * MON-FRI
If the next fire times are calcuated starting at a time of
Sat Apr 12 10:40:49 IST 2014, then the next fire times are
calculated as in the below order where the time 9:20 is
missing.
next fire time: Mon Apr 14 12:20:00 IST 2014    (9:20 missing)
next fire time: Mon Apr 14 17:00:00 IST 2014
next fire time: Mon Apr 14 18:20:00 IST 2014

Problem conclusion

The scheduler code has been corrected to prevent missing
next fire times when using cron strings that have range values.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
in fix pack 7.0.0.37,8.0.0.10 & 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the
